Rosacea is a chronic skin condition is characterized by redness in the face and across the cheeks, forehead, and nose. It can also affect the neck, ears, chest, and scalp. Unfortunately, Rosacea cannot be cured—however, there are medical therapies that can be used to reduce the symptoms and provide clearer looking skin. These include light-based treatments, blood vessel treatments, and oral medications and antibiotics—though light-based treatments offer quicker results than medications.
